ImproveU Recruiting System:

  1. Our first objective is to understand your business, determine your sales culture and observe how your sales people sell. Most importantly, what type of sales person you require: Commodity, Account Sales, Unique Value, Consultative Sales
  2. Interview the hiring manager to determine the culture, style, skills, experience, habits, and intellectual horsepower the candidate must have.
  3. Determine the top 3-5 questions the Employer has that we should ask each potential candidate we find that would be a potential fit.
  4. Begin search and screening process through various avenues. This includes sourcing from our database, our networks, and possibly job postings.
  5. Present candidates to the Employer/Client for review and discussions. Candidates’ begins the Employer interview process.
  6. Sales coaching and mentoring. Once candidates are hired, they are placed with one of our sales coaches for the first 30-60 days to help ensure their early success with the new Employer.
